Analysis of Clinical Common Pathogenic Bacteria Distribution and Drug Resistance in Kaifeng Children's Hospital from 2009 to 2010

摘要 目的:分析临床常见病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。方法:从送检的5 049份标本中检出致病菌1 096株,采用DL-96自动细菌测定系统进行药敏试验,SPSS13.0软件对致病菌及药敏试验进行分析。结果:检出的1 096株病原菌中,G-菌占64.23%,G+菌占27.92%,真菌占7.85%。最常见病原菌为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、阴沟肠杆菌。所分离的G+菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁高度敏感,G-菌对亚胺培南/西司他丁、美罗培南高度敏感。结论:分离株耐药现象普遍存在,临床应重视病原学检查,开展细菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗生素。 Objective:To provide a reasonable reference for the clinical usage of antibiotics by analyzing the distribution of common pathogens and their resistance to antimicrobial drugs.Methods: One thousand and ninety-six strains of pathogenic bacteria were examined from 5,049 samples.Drug sensitivity test were conducted and SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria.Results:Together 1,096 pathogens were detected with the detection ratio of 21.71%,in which Gram-negative bacteria were 64.23%,Gram-positive bacteria were 27.92% and fungi were 7.85%.The most common bacteria were Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Coagulase negative staphylococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterobacter cloacae.Statistics of drug sensibility test suggested,Gram-positive bacteria were highly sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin.Gram-negatives were highly sensitive to imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem.Conclusions:The drug resistance seriously exists in clinics,therefore,there is an urgent need for the surveillance of bacterial resistance and rational usage of antibiotics.
