麋鹿下唇的组织学观察

Observations on Histology of Elaphurus Davidianus’s Labialis

应用常规石蜡切片,HE染色,观察麋鹿下唇的整体组织学结构,结果如下:(1)麋鹿的下唇外被皮肤,内衬粘膜,两者之间填充的结缔组织中分布有大量的横纹肌和丰富的腺体;(2)毛的基本结构包括髓质、皮质和毛小皮;毛囊包括内根鞘、外根鞘和玻璃膜;(3)毛囊周围分布着大量的神经、唇腺、皮脂腺和汗腺。

The whole histological structure of Elaphurus davidianus’s labialis was observed on routine paraffin sections that were stained with H.E. The whole structure of lip showed： （1）like many other ruminants, the outer part of lip is covered by skin and its lining is mucosa , between skin and mucosa exited a great number of connective tissue among which was ample striated muscule; （2）The basic structure of hair follicle includes internal root sheath, external root sheath and hyaline layer; medulla, cortex and cuticle of hair compose the structure of hair from centre to the outer layer; （3）There were abundant nerve, blood vessels and glands around hair follicle, the glands were composed of labial gland, sweat gland and sebaceous gland.
