Necessity to construct the relief mechanism of criminal victims

刑事诉讼中,犯罪人和被害人相伴而生,过去我们把人权保护的目光更多的聚焦在被告人身上,然而对遭受犯罪行为直接侵害的被害人的保护和救助,却被忽视。建立刑事被害人救助制度,不仅是对犯罪人和被害人权利平衡保护的现实需求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。

In the criminal proceedings,the offenders and the victims are accompanied by each other.In the past the attention of the protection of human rights mostly focused on the accused person,however, the protection and assistance to the victims directly subjected to criminal acts was ignored.Constructing the assistance system for criminal victims is not only the real need to balance the protection of the rights of the offenders and the victims but also a necessary requirement to build a socialist harmonious society.
