摘要
不动产善意取得制度的确立,是我国物权立法的一大创举。这一制度对于社会主义市场经济的健康发展具有一定积极意义。分析我国不动产善意取得制度的价值以及不动产善意取得的适用类型,并进一步探讨不动产善意取得制度中"善意"和"合理价格"的判断标准,以期促进我国不动产善意取得制度的完善。
The establishment of the system of real estate acquired in good faith is a major undertaking in the legislation of property rights in China.This system has a positive meaning for the healthy development of socialist market economy. Analyze the value of the system and the application type of real estate acquired in good faith and further explore the criterion of the"goodwill"and"reasonable price"in the system,in order to promote the improvement of the system of real estate acquired in good faith in china.
