浅议北方寒冷地区小区管线综合规划

On comprehensive planning for pipelines of complexes in cold areas of North in China

针对北方寒冷地区不同类型小区管线综合规划,从管线横断面布置,建筑物最小间距要求,管线竖向规划等方面进行了阐述,最后对化粪池、热力站等构筑物平面布置,满布式地库小区管线综合规划等问题提出建议,对优化施工,降低投资具有重要意义。

Aiming at the comprehensive planning for the various pipelines in complexes of cold areas of North in China, the paper illustrates from the layout of the cross section of pipelines, the minimum distance requirements of buildings, and the vertical planning of pipelines, and points out the suggestions from the plane layout of structure, such as septic tanks and heating station, and the comprehensive planning for the pipelines of overspreading complexes, so as to have the important significance for optimizing the construction and lowering the investment.
