摘要
对相邻空间压力差与墙洞之间的关系和洞口风速随距离的衰减情况做了理论分析,数值模拟了某食品加工中心有压差要求的两相邻空间墙洞处的气流组织,比较了理论计算值与数值计算值,得出低压空间侧的食品应放置在远离墙洞轴线的低风速区的结论。
The relationship between neighboring space pressure difference and the hole in the wall and wind speed in the entrance of the hole reducing with the distance are made theoretical analysis. It makes numerical simulation for the airstream organization in neighboring space hole in the wall with pressure different requirements of the food processing plant, and compares the theoretical calculation value to numerical calculation value, and obtains the conclusion that food in low pressure area should be put in the low wind speed area at the hole in the wall axis.
