甘肃省庄浪县中小学生视力状况分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of eyesight status of primary and middle school students of Zhuanglang county Gansu province

目的了解庄浪县中小学生视力状况,掌握真实数据,积累可靠资料,为预防和控制中小学生视力不良的发生提供科学参考依据。方法由统一培训的专业人员按照《全国中小学学生健康监护技术规范》,对中小学生采用GB11533-89标准对数灯光视力箱进行5米裸视视力检查。结果庄浪全县共筛查12 981人,中小学生视力低下率为72.7%,其中小学、初中、高中学生视力低下率分别为52.2%、79.9%、85.9%,视力低下随着学习阶段的升高有上升趋势(χ趋2势=1190.432,P=0.000)。女生视力低下率(76.6%)高于男生(69.4%,χ2=84.504,P=0.000);县城学生视力低下率(74.7%)高于乡村(68.8%,χ2=52.406,P=0.000)。视力低下程度也随着学习阶段升高而出现加重趋势(χ趋2势=574.969,P=0.000)。结论庄浪县中小学生视力低下率普遍较高,且有上升趋势,应引起社会各界的高度重视。

Objective To learn about the present situation of the eyesight of primary and middle school students of Zhuanglang,and to get and accumulate real and reliable data in order to prevent poor eyesight of middle school students.Methods The professional staff,trained by Health Centre for Women and Children of Zhuanglang,according to National Health Care Specifications of Primary and Middle School Students,tested the 5-metre bare eyesight of primary and middle school students of the county,using GB11533-89 Standard Logarithmic Luminous Eyesight Box.Results Among the 12 981 students screened,the prevalent rate of poor eyesight of primary and middle school students of our county was 72.7%,with primary school students 52.2%,junior school students 79.9% and senior school students 85.9%.The incidences of poor eyesight increased with age.The value of trend for chi-square is 1190.432 and P value is 0.000.The rate for girls（76.6%） is higher than that for boys（69.4%）,and chi-squre value is 84.504 and P valuve is 0.000.The rate for urban students（74.7%） is higher than rural students（68.8%）,and chi-squre value is 52.406 and P valuve is 0.000.The degree of poor eyesight showed mild,moderate and severe changes with grades.The value of trend for chi-square is 574.969 and P value is 0.000.Conclusion The rate of the poor eyesight of primary and middle school students of Zhuanglang is relatively high and is likely to rise.So attention should be paid to by society.
