针对建设项目实施阶段投资控制措施进行了探讨,指出建设项目实施阶段是工程建设项目投资控制的关键,应从工程设计、招投标、工程管理、竣工决算等环节入手,加强造价控制,以保证工程建设顺利进行。

This paper discussed investment control measures aiming at construction project implementation stage, pointed out that construction project implementation stage was the key of construction project investment control, we should from the engineering design, bidding, project management, final settlement of account and other links, strengthened the control of construction cost, to ensure smoothly engineering construction.
