In the basis of project financing risk identification of urban rail traffic, this paper introduced the evaluation matrix method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the estimates and evaluation method of project financing risk of urban rail traffic, and discussed the effective control of risk management, provided some guidance for project financing risk management of urban rail traffic.
