New interpretation on "people-oriented" concept for supervision enterprise

从落实以人为本的科学发展观出发,结合监理企业实际,从探讨企业的社会责任、企业经济组织的使命、企业文化三个方面对企业"以人为本"作出了新解,提出了人是生产关系中唯一具有可变量的观点,并指出企业对职工的成本投入对落实科学发展观、实现企业跨越发展的重大意义。

Starting from the implementation of the ＂people-oriented＂ concept of scientific developing concept, combining with supervision enterprise condition, it makes a new interpretation on the ＂people-oriented＂ concept from three aspects of social responsibility of the enterprise, mission of the enterprise economic organization, and enterprise culture. And then, it puts forward that people is the only variable in social productive relation, and points out the significant meaning for enterprise staff cost investment for implementing scientific development concept and realizing enterprise leaping development.
