Situation and Prospect of Study on Linkage Map in Main Domestic Livestock Genome

对主要家畜种基因组研究中用多态遗传标记,如微卫星标记、RFLP等,制作遗传连锁图现状进行了综述。在过去近半个世纪中,家畜基因组遗传连锁图的研究随着遗传标记技术,特别是DNA 微卫星等多态标记的迅速发展,取得了很大进展。其中主要介绍了主要家畜种牛、猪、绵羊、马和家禽基因组遗传连锁图发展的现状以及将来的发展趋势。

A review focused on current situation and prospect of study on the linkage mapping in main domestic livestock genome. In the last half century research works in this field have been greatly advanced on account of the developing new techniques especially polymorphic genetic marker,such as microsatellite marker and RFLP etc.The topics in this review include:the devolopment of the linkage mapping in domestic livestock genome,mainlly devoloped with microsatellite markers,and the forecast of the linkage map in the field on studying of genomanalysis of the economic importance livestock species.
