浅议如何加快保障性住房建设

Initial discussion on how to speed up security housing construction

针对目前保障性住房建设中存在的资金不足,组织机构和制度不完善,准入和退出机制不健全等问题进行了分析,阐述了这些问题产生的原因,在此基础上提出了一些加快保障性住房建设的建议及对策,以期促进我国保障性住房建设健康发展。

This paper analyzes a series of problems in current security housing construction, such as insufficient funds, imperfect organization system and rules, access and withdrawal system and so on, expounds the causes, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for speeding up security housing construction, with a view to promote the healthy development of domestic security housing construction.
