摘要
教师是新课改的主要参与者与推动者,是课程实施的关键人物,他们的理解和支持是新课改成功的重要前提和基本保证。但是在课程实践中却出现了部分教师不同程度的不合作甚至抵制、抗拒现象,其主要受到教师、课程改革自身、教师组织文化以及教育评价体系等多方面因素的影响,广大教育工作者对此应予以充分关注和重视,以便更好地推进新课程改革。
Teachers are the main participants and facilitators of the new curriculum reform,and they are the key figures of the implementation of it.Their understanding and supports are an important prerequisite and the basic guarantee for the success of the new curriculum reform.But some non-cooperation or resistance appears in some teachers in a certain degrees,which is mainly due to the influence of the teachers themselves,the curriculum reform,the organizational culture of the teachers and the educational appraisement system.Educators should pay great attention to them in order to better promote the new curriculum reform.
