哈贝马斯的话语民主理论解读

Exploration on Habermas'Theory of Discourse Democracy

哈贝马斯话语政治理论对自由主义模式和共和主义模式这两种政治理解模式进行了扬弃，并把二者有机地结合起来，提出了不同于传统民主模式的第三种民主模式——“话语民主”。本文回溯了话语民主理论的由来，围绕人民主权问题和霍布斯问题对哈贝马斯的第三种民主模式进行剖析，以辨明哈贝马斯的话语民主理论的优势和不足。

Habermas＂ theory of discourse politics adopts elements of both representative democracy ana liberal democracy. Habermas integrated them into the third model of democracy - - discourse democracy, which is different from traditional democratic theory. After exploring the origin of discourse democracy, this paper expounds Habermas＂ theory of discourse politics from the discussion of human rights and Hobbesian？ Problem in order to present the advantages and disadvantages of Habermas＇ theory.
