现代外语课堂教学的职能探析——兼论大学生英语自主学习能力培养策略 被引量:1

摘要 随着国内高校大学英语教学改革的研究和发展,大学英语教学的面貌发生了极大的改变。大学生英语自主学习能力的提高是大学英语教学改革成功的一个重要标志。在国内英语学习语境下,要充分发挥大学英语课堂教学在学生外语学习过程中的重要作用,需要我们充分认识自主学习的内涵,反思在大学英语教学改革背景下外语课堂教学的目的和功能。英语教师也要摆正外语课堂教学与学生自主学习之间的关系,不断探索有效的外语教学方法,做到基于课堂,超越课堂,帮助学生学会学习,成为真正意义上的自主学习者。 As teaching reform in Colllege English develops and advances, recent years has witnessed great changes in College English Teaching. An important indicator of the successful reform of College English teaching is the development of the autonomous learning ability on the part of college students. In Chinese context, attention should be given to the vital role of classroom teaching in studentslanguage learning process. Based on the understanding of the nature of learner autonomy, we also need to give our thoughts to the purpose and functions of classroom teaching against the background of College English teaching reform. This paper argues, through the effective integration of classroom teaching and studentshutonomus learning, that teachers may help students to become successful autonomous learners.
