摘要
人们呼唤人性融于教育,教育充满人性。可是,由于外在因素(社会物欲的膨胀引发了成人教育的功利性)和内在因素(知识的价值效用被割裂)引发了成人教育的狭隘性,使成人教育失去了"教化人生"的本义,成人教育正在疏离人性化,走向异化的边缘。重新审视成人教育与人性化的问题,我们清楚地看到追求人性化其实是成人教育的本质要求、成人教育发展的根本和成人教育的时代内容。为此,我们提出:人之为"人"是成人教育人性化的内涵,动态地生成是成人教育人性化的特色,关注着个体是成人教育人性化的主体价值等理念,以期成人教育最终走向与人性互荣共生的境界。
It is argued to bring humanity into education. However, due to the external factor that the expansion of social materialism causes the utilitarian of adult education and the internal factor that the effectiveness value of knowledge is fragmented, adult education lost its original meaning of "civilizing lives". Adult education is alienating from the humanity and forward to the edge of the alienation. By re--examining the problems of adult education and the humanity, we clearly see that the pursuit of humanity is the essential requirement of adult education, the foundation of adult education development and the time content of adult education. Therefore, we propose that the individual as a "man" is the content of adult education humanity, the dynamically generated process is the feature of adult education humanization, and the focus on the individual is the main value of adult education humanity and so on. We hope that adult education would finally move forward to the realm of mutualistic symbiosis with humanity.
