摘要
布劳恩对影响大学治理变迁的核心要素进行了梳理和论证,构建了能说明大学治理变迁所具有的普遍性特征的分析框架。在对三角模型理论进行讨论的基础上,选取美、英、日三国的大学治理形态变迁情况进行阐释和分析。布劳恩的理论不仅可以对我国高等教育治理的重大问题给出合理解释,还能为我国大学治理方式的转变提供新思路。
Braun analyzed and demonstrated the key factors which influence the evolution of universities' governance, and further built the analyzing framework which could describe the general features of universities' governance evolution. Based on the discussion of Braun's triangular model, this paper describes and analyzes the evolution of universities' governance in United States, Britain and Japan. Braun's theory could not only explain the crucial events of Chinese higher education governance, but also provide fresh ideas for the transformation of Chinese universities governance mode.
