摘要
教师传授书本知识的同时,还有必要用心对学生人生发展中的许多困惑、迷茫以至误区问题加以启蒙点拨引导,帮助建立正确的思想观念乃至方法,做学生人格塑造与学业精神的导师。"点灯"教育具有随机性、短促性、抽象性、超越性、微妙性等特点及相关内容,施行它需要教师有相应的文化知识素养、道德境界和哲学境界。
When imparting booklore to students, teachers have to enlighten and instruct the students to deal with puzzles, confusion and even the wrong region during their life development carefully, help them to establish the correct ideological concepts and methods, and act as students＇ supervisors in personal character and academic spirits. The characteristics of enlightenment education are connected with randomness, shortness, abstraction, transcendence, subtleness and others related things. To implement enlight- enment education, teachers should have the corresponding cultural knowledge, moral and philosophy out-look.
