摘要
目的:对急慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者患牙根管治疗期间发生疼痛可能原因进行分析。方法:选取辽宁省人民医院口腔科2005年1月～2010年1月就诊的急慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者90例进行根管治疗,并对根管治疗不同阶段出现根管治疗期间痛进行分析评估。结果:根管治疗第一阶段患牙开放引流待牙髓炎症状缓解后再封入失活剂所以起的患牙疼痛概率明显低于直接拔髓患者发生患牙疼痛率;不同的根管预备方式引起患牙疼痛比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);根管内封药FC组引起患牙疼痛发病率比CP组和庆大组有显著增高(P<0.001)。结论:根管治疗期间疼痛的发生原因很多,不同治疗阶段及治疗方式不同和根管内封药的适应证的掌握很重要。
To assess the reasons of endodontic interappointrmer pain methods. Methods： To evaluate the curative effect clinically and analysis of its influence factors after treatment of 90 teeth with pulpitis and apical-periodontitis.Results： The pain-rate of step-back as 203 was lower. There was not significant difference among the three root cannal treatments （P〉O.05）. The teeth pain-rate with FC group being in root canna1 was higher than the teeth with CP group and Qingda group bening in root cannal. Conclusion： There is a lot of reasons in EIP. It＇s very important grapt the suitable case on every step and every treatment-method.
