摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定桂花中毛蕊花苷含量的方法。方法:采用ODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(10∶35)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长为310nm。结果:该方法线性关系良好,毛蕊花苷平均回收率为99.83%,RSD为0.40%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、重现性好,可用于桂花中毛蕊花苷的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the verbascoside in Osmanthus fragrans by HPLC. Methods: ODSC18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(1∶3.5). The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm. Rseults: The linear relation was good. The average recovery of verbascoside was 99.83% with RSD=0.40%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate and has good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of the verbascoside in Osmanthus fragrans.
