静滴普鲁卡因治疗瘙痒性皮肤病疗效分析

Effect of procaine intravenous treatment in itching skin disease

目的:探讨分析静滴普鲁卡因治疗瘙痒性皮肤病的疗效。方法:将364例患者随机分为两组,对照组160例用西咪替丁(CMD)0.4g静滴,1次/d,治疗组204例用普鲁卡因4～6mg/kg加维生素C300～500mg静滴,1次/d。两组均连续治疗10d。结果:治疗组有效率为84.32%,对照组为58.75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者在发病频率、瘙痒程度、自觉病情程度、皮肤皮疹、继发皮损方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在瘙痒面积、瘙痒减轻快慢方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:静滴普鲁卡因治疗瘙痒性皮肤病的疗效确切。

Objective：To analyze effect of skin itching treated with procaine intravenous.Methods：364 cases were randomly divided into two groups,160 cases treated with cimetidine（CMD） 0.4 g intravenous infusion,one time a day,204 patients treated with procaine 4-6 mg/kg plus vitamin C 300-500 mg intravenous infusion,one time a day.Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days.Results：Effective rate of the treatment group was 84.32%,58.75% in control group,difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）,two groups of patients in disease frequency,itching,perceived severity of disease,skin rashes,skin lesions secondary to differences in terms of there was a significant（P〈0.05）,in the area of itching,itching,reduce the speed aspect was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Procaine intravenous as the treatment of itching skin disease is effective.
