肺曲球菌病的CT表现分析

Diagnosis of pulmonary aspergillosis by computed tomograph

目的:通过探讨肺曲球菌病(pulmonary aspergillosis,PA)的CT特征,加强对PA的了解。方法:对经病理活检证实为PA的13例患者行CT检查,分析其结果。结果:经病理证实为PA的13例患者中,CT主要表现包括8例形成薄壁空洞同时5例空洞内形成游离肿块及半月形空气征;6例蜂窝状病变中出现小团块密影即多发结节;4例出现软组织肿块样浸润灶边缘可见"晕轮征"。结论:PA的CT表现多种多样,但认识其在不同时期具有的相应某些特点的征象,有利于临床早期正确诊断并进行治疗。

Objective：To explore the clinical features and computed tomograph（CT） characteristics of pulmonary aspergillosis（PA） in patient.Methods：CT scanning of chest was performed in 13 cases with PA proved clinically and aspiration biopsy in patient.The clinical features and CT findings were analyzed etrospectively.Results：The pathology of 13 patients in PA,CT,including eight cases of the formation of mainly thin-walled hollow cavity formed within the same time five cases of free air mass and half-moon sign;six cases of honeycomb-like lesions appear in small clumps dense shadow that multiple nodules;4 cases of soft tissue mass infiltrates the edge of visible lesions,＂halo sign＂.Conclusion：PA has some characteristic manifestations on CT.CT is of important value in observing the evolution and evaluating the prognosis for the patients with PA.
