补虚泻实汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation of 60 NASH patients with the treatment of Buxu-Xieshi decoction

目的:观察补虚泻实汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。方法:116例患者随机分为补虚泻实汤组(治疗组,60例)和水飞蓟宾片+硫普罗宁片组(对照组,56例),观察两组治疗后临床表现、血脂、肝功能、肝脏影像学检查等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为64.29%,两组比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补虚泻实汤是一组安全和有效的治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的方药。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Buxu-Xieshi decoction for curing NASH.Methods：116 patients were divided into two groups,one of which used Buxu-Xieshi decoction for treatment（treatment group,60 patients）,and the other used Silibinin and Tiopronin（contrast group,56 patients）.The clinical representation,laboratory data of the blood lipid and the liver function,and the index of the examination of imaging the liver etc.were observed after the treatment.Results：The entire rate of the efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the contrast group was just 64.29%.In comparison,the treatment group was superior to the contrast group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Buxu-Xieshi decoction is safe and efficient medicine for curing NASH.
