剖宫产术中娩头困难116例临床分析及对策

The clinical analysis and strategy of 116 patients with cesarean delivery head problems

目的:分析剖宫产娩头困难的原因,讨论相应的处理方法,降低母婴并发症的发生。方法:分析本院2008年1月～2009年12月发生剖宫产术中娩头困难的116例患者的临床资料,采取正确的处理方法进行处理。结果:胎头高浮68例(58.62%);胎头深定29例(25.00%);麻醉效果欠佳8例(6.89%);其他原因11例(9.48%),均经相应的处理后好转。结论:剖宫产娩头困难的原因主要有胎头高浮、胎头深定、麻醉效果欠佳等,针对不同原因采用相应的处理可有效改善娩头困难。

Objective：To analyze the reasons for cesarean delivery head problems and discuss the corresponding treatment and reduce the maternal complications.Methods：Analyzed 116 patients’ clinical data with cesarean delivery head problems from January 2008 to December 2009,used the correct approach to deal with.Results：There were 68 cases of high-floating fetal head（58.62%）;29 cases of fetal head deeply set（25.00%）;8 cases of ineffective anesthesia（6.89%）;11 cases of other reasons.All of the patients were given the correct approach and achieve good results.Conclusion：The major reasons of cesarean delivery head problems are High-floating fetal head,fetal head deeply set,ineffective anesthesia and so on.Using the appropriate treatment according to different reasons can effectively improve the delivery head problems.
