高端仿制药非布索坦原料开发中的反相液相色谱法应用

摘要 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定非布索坦的含量方法.采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱，流动相：0.05％冰乙酸-乙腈（40：60）;流速：1.0mLmin^-1;检测波长为317nm;柱湿25℃。结果非布索坦在浓度25．1～75.3μg／ml范周内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率为99.73％，RSD为0.99％.结论此方法简便、准确、专属性强，可用于测定非布索坦的含量.
