创伤性休克病人在手术室的临床急救护理

目的探讨急诊手术室对创伤性休克病人的临床救治中的护理配合,以供临床护理工作参考。方法回顾性分析收治的45例创伤性休克患者的病例资料,总结其临床护理方法,并提出相应的注意事项。结果 45例患者经过我院的积极抢救和优质的手术室护理服务,有40例患者抢救成功,5例患者死亡,死亡率为11.11%。患者死亡原因包括:多脏器功能衰竭2例,原有心肌疾病复发1例,肺部感染2例。结论优质的手术室护理工作配合是保证患者能够得到有效救治的关键之一,护士在接到患者后需要与医生协助,为其进行有效救治,以确保患者可以得到最好的临床抢救。

Objective Of emergency operating room on traumatic shock in clinical treatment of patients with care,for clinical care reference.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 45 cases of traumatic shock in patients with clinical data to summarize the clinical care methods,and the corresponding notes.Results 45 patients through the hospital＇s operating room to actively rescue and high-quality care,successful treatment of 40 patients,5 patients died,the mortality rate was 11.11%.The cause of death in patients,including：multiple organ failure in 2 cases,the original cardiac disease recurrence in 1 case,pulmonary infection in 1 case.Conclusion Operating room with high-quality care is to ensure that patients can receive effective treatment of one of the keys,the nurse,after receiving the patients and doctors need help to carry out effective treatment,to ensure that patients get the best clinical treatment.[
