中西医结合方法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效分析

目的探讨采用中西医结合方法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效,以供临床参考。方法将2010年1月～2010年12月收治的90例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为两组,I组患者作为对照组,给予单纯西医治疗;II组患者为治疗组,给予中西医结合方法治疗,比较两组患者经过治疗的疗效。结果采用中西医结合治疗组患者47例,痊愈28例,显效11例,有效3例,总有效率为89.36%;单纯西医治疗组患者43例,痊愈10例,显效6例,有效6例,总有效率为51.16%。中西医结合治疗组疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗组,经统计学分析,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有较好的疗效,且方法简单,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective Explore the use of Integrative Medicine treatments adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment for clinical reference.Methods In our hospital in January 2010-December 2010 were treated 90 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding according to the treatment of patients randomly divided into two groups,I group of patients as a control group given pure Western medicine treatment;II patients for the treatment group,to give Integrative Medicine treatments,two groups were compared after the treatment efficacy.Results Integrative Medicine treated 47 patients cured,28 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 3 cases,total effective rate was 89.36%;Western medicine alone treatment group,43 patients recovered in 10 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 6 cases,total effective rate of 51.16%.Efficacy in combination therapy group was better than Western medicine treatment group,the statistical analysis,P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion Integrative Medicine treatments adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding with good effect,and the method is simple,it is in clinical use.
