Since the National Grant-loans go into operation,which it has made remarkable progress,but with the implementation of the expansion and repayment period,educational loans are also increasingly emerged,with most financial risks.The paper presents the corroboration methods from scientific idea,and set forth a sound credibility and integrity,the transformation of the student loan guarantee,a national student loan program in every respect to solve the problem.
