综合性护理干预对PICC置管患者焦虑的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of anxiety of patients with PICC

目的:探讨综合性护理干预对PICC患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予综合性护理干预,对两组患者护理后的焦虑状况进行比较。结果:实验组患者接受综合性护理干预后的焦虑得分为(40.43±5.79)分,明显低于对照组患者的(49.90±8.08)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合性护理干预可明显缓解PICC患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the degree of anxiety of patients with PICC.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group（30 patients for each group）.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were additionally given comprehensive nursing intervention.The degree of patient＇s anxiety was compared between the two groups after nursing care.Results： The anxiety scores of the patients were（40.43±5.79） points after the comprehensive nursing intervention in the experimental group and significantly lower than（49.90±8.08） points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can markedly ease the anxiety of patients with PICC.
