早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮对极低出生体重儿喂养耐受性的影响

Effect of early microamount feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on the feeding tolerance of very low birth weight infants

目的:探讨早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮对极低出生体重儿喂养耐受性的影响。方法:将60例极低出生体重儿随机分成观察组和对照组各30例,为观察组患儿实施早期微量喂养并联合非营养性吸吮,为对照组患儿进行常规喂养。结果:观察组患儿达足量肠内营养时间、吸吮吞咽功能建立时间、恢复出生体重的时间及住院时间比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),两组患儿均未发生坏死性小肠炎及吸入性肺炎。结论:早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮能够提高极低出生体重儿对喂养的耐受性,改善胃肠道动力,使其尽早适应胃肠喂养,有利于促进康复。

Objective： To explore the effect of early microamount feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking on the feeding tolerance of very low birth weight infants.Methods： 60 very low birth weight infants were randomly divided into an observation groups and a control group（30 cases for each group）.The infants in the observation group were given early microamount feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking and the infants in the control group were given routine feeding.Results： The time up to the amount of enteral nutrition,the time of establishing sucking and swallowing function,the time to regain the birth weight and the hospitalization days were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group（P0.05）,necrotizing enteritis and aspiration pneumonia did not occur in the two groups.Conclusion： The early microamount feeding combined with non-nutritive sucking can improve the feeding tolerance of very low birth weight infants and improve their gastrointestinal motility,which is conducive for them to be adaptable to the enteral feeding as soon as possible and to promoting recovery.
