护理干预联合高流量氧气驱动雾化吸入对小儿毛细支气管炎的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨护理干预联合高流量氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗对小儿毛细支气管炎的影响。方法:将186例患儿随机分为观察组与对照组各93例。对照组采用常规治疗和对症支持治疗,即平喘、抗感染、止咳、镇静、氧疗等,并进行常规护理;观察组采用与对照组相同的治疗和护理措施,同时实施护理干预联合高流量氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗。比较两组疗效、患儿临床症状缓解时间、平均住院天数。结果:与对照组比较,观察组疗效更为显著,患儿临床症状缓解时间更短,平均住院天数更少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预联合高流量氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎能够增强疗效,缓解患儿症状,缩短病程,提高治愈率,同时因住院天数缩短,可减少医疗费用,减轻患儿家长的经济负担。 Objective: To evaluate the impact of nursing intervention combined with high-flow oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation therapy in the treatment of children patients with bronchiolitis.Methods: 186 children patients were randomly divided into two an observation group and a control group(93 cases for each group).The conventional treatment and symptomatic supportive treatment were adopted in the control group,such as relieving asthma,anti-infection,relieving a cough,sedation and oxygen therapy,etc.,and routine nursing care was also given to the patients;the nursing intervention combined with high-flow oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation therapy were additionally applied in the observation group based on the treatment and nursing care mentioned in the control group.The curative effect,the relieving time of patient's clinical symptoms and average hospitalization days were compared between the two groups.Results: The curative effect was better and the relieving time of patient's clinical symptoms and average hospitalization days were shorter in the observation group than the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion: The nursing intervention combined with high-flow oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation therapy can enhance the efficacy of treatment,relieve clinical symptoms,increase the cure rate and reduce medical expenses of the patient's family in the treatment of children patients with bronchiolitis.
