摘要
目的:探讨为NICU中新生儿实施舒适护理的效果。方法:将946例NICU患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各473例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、平均住院天数。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.39%,高于对照组的85.20%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均住院(15±3)d,少于对照组的(9±2)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为NICU新生儿实施舒适护理有利于促进其康复。
Objective： To explore the effect of comfort nursing care of neonates in NICU.Methods： 946 neonates in NICU were randomly divided into control group and observation group（473 cases for each group）.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the comfort nursing care was applied in the observation group.The total effective rate of the treatment and the average hospitalization days were compared between the two groups.Results： The total effective rate was 92.39% in the observation group and higher than 85.20% in the control group,the difference in the comparison was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）;the average hospitalization days（15±3） days in the observation group were fewer than the control group（9±2） days,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The comfort nursing care applied to the neonates in NICU is helpful for promoting their rehabilitation.
