以纸质信息流为基础的传统"救火式"的病区护理管理模式面临很大的局限性,为此医护处置一体化管理系统(简称CTIS系统)使护士对护理制度的遵守不再仅依赖于记忆力,制度被设置在系统中而成为一个必须被执行的流程,护理管理形成按标准流程办事、用制度程序管人和预案式的管理模式,从而提高病区护理管理水平。

The traditional mode of ＇fire fighting＇ based on the paper information flow has been faced with large limitation.Nurses won＇t obey the care institution only by their memories through technical information system.Institution has been set up in the system and became a necessary process that must be performed.The care management has developed pre-arrangement planning mode,which works by standard process and uses institution procedure to manage people and promotes the care management level in inpatient area.
