摘要
研究在应急机动卫勤分队中专科手术队组建、训练和运行,才能适应新形势下非战争军事行动的卫勤需要。分析总结专科手术队在平、战时的器材物资和队员组建方式、训练课目,在非战争军事行动中依托野战医院或驻地医院以及小分队前延独立保障时的展开、机动,以及在各种复杂条件下积极应对,以适应快速卫勤保障需要,为专科手术队的建设和发展积累经验。
To adapt health service needs under new situation in military operations other than war,the constitution,training and operation of emergency mobile medical units were researched.In this article,the equipment preparation,team member constitution and training topics of specialist surgical team under peace time or war time were analyzed and compared.Deployment,transfer and response strategies of specialist surgical team when it acts as reinforcement of field hospital and station hospital,or as sole forward detachment force were established to adapt needs for quick medical service response.The results of this study may benefit the constitution and development of specialist surgical team.
