本文分析医疗行为的特征,阐述实施医疗行为保险的必要性,并从法律和制度方面提出建立医疗行为保险制度的对策和建议。
This article analyzed the characteristics of medical behaviors and discussed the necessity of implementing medical behavior insurance.Some suggestion about establishing medical behavior insurance system was put forward from the point of law and system.
