军队中心医院医务人员工作压力、应激与满意度调查

Working pressure,Occupational Stress and Job Satisfaction of Medical Staff in Military Central Hospital

目的了解军队中心医院医务人员不同群体的工作压力、应激水平及工作满意度情况,为制订有关政策提供依据。方法以问卷方式对某地区的3家军队中心医院的300名医务人员（现役军人）进行调查,应激水平采用李权超《军人心理应激自评问卷》,工作压力与工作满意度采用0~10分自评。结果该地区军队中心医院医务人员工作压力较大,应激水平较高,总体工作满意度为比较满意,不同年龄、职别、技术职称及专业性质人员的情况存在差异。结论对年龄段在31~40岁,营职,中级技术职称的军队医务人员应予更多的重视和关注。

Objective The study was designed to probe into the working pressure,occupational stress status and job satisfaction with work in different groups of medical staffs in military central hospital,and to provide reference for establishing relevant policies.Methods Three hundreds of military medical staffs were surveyed by a questionnaire and a self-assessing scale.The Stress level was measured by the soldier psychological stress self-evaluation test（PSET）developed by Li Quan-Cao and the level of working pressure and job satisfaction were measured by a simplified self-assessing scale of 0-10 scores.Results The working pressure and stress status degree were both assessed overloaded on the medical staffs in military central hospitals of this area whereas the job satisfaction was assessed relatively sufficient.The outcomes varied to the difference of age,official rank,professional titles and type of job profession.Conclusion The staff aging from 31 to 40,with battalion rank and with intermediate professional title should be the priority of emphasis.
