摘要
本文分析维和医疗分队的人员特点和思想动机,提出在人员管理工作中的有效方法,从制定管理规定、健全管理组织,创建和谐的管理环境等方面强化管理,取得良好的管理效果。
With the opportunities of international cooperation gradually increasing,the UN peace-keeping mission has been becoming a long-term job for the army medical staff.The author inquires into the personnel management means of peace-keeping medical team,puts forward some effective management methods which have been achieved good management effects.
