Practices and Experience of the Medical Overseas Students Education of the Military University

本文回顾总结多年来军医大学关于医学专业留学生培养的主要做法,并提出了注重对外训工作的量化分析、加强对留学生回国后情况的认识与了解、努力满足留学生个性化和人性化要求等,采取新形势下培养医学专业留学生的新对策。

The author made a summary of the main methods of the medical overseas students education of the military university in recent years.On this basis,the article made recommendation on the medical overseas students education in the new situation,which included emphasis on quantizing analysis and summary of the overseas students education,strengthening the understanding of the situation of the overseas students after the graduation,meeting the personalized and humanized requirements of the overseas students and so on.
