重症颅脑损伤院前急救的护理

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的观察、急救与护理。方法总结了2年零6个月我院136例颅脑损伤病人的院前急救及护理体会。结果 136例重症颅脑损伤病人经院前急救19例现场抢救无效死亡,1例转运途中抢救无效死亡,其余均安全送往医院救治。结论快速、安全、平稳、及时转运及途中的观察护理。科学、熟练的急救护理技术及有预见性的救护措施,对降低患者病死率和致残率,提高患者的生活质量具有不可忽视的作用。

Objective on severe brain injury patient observation,emergency medical treatment and nursing care.Methods summarizes two years and six months 136 hospital patients with traumatic brain injury patient＇s pre-hospital care and nursing.Results 136 patients with severe traumatic brain injury by 19 pre-hospital care patients died rescuing invalid,a transit rescue invalid deaths are security rushed to the hospital.Conclusion fast,secure,stable and timely transit and on the way of care.Science,skilled nursing technology and predictability of aid measures,to reduce patient mortality and disability rates,improving quality of life in patients with important role.
