联合治疗静脉穿刺致手背桡神经损伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Therapy to Cure Radial Nerve Damage Caused by Palm-Dorsal Vein Puncturing

目的观察中药浸泡联合多源频谱治疗仪治疗静脉穿刺致手背桡神经损伤的疗效。方法将20例静脉穿刺致手背桡神经损伤患者随机分为2组。对照组采取中药浸泡,治疗组采取中药浸泡联合多源频谱治疗仪照射治疗。结果治疗组的症状缓解比对照组快,且疗程较短。结论中药浸泡联合多源频谱治疗仪照射治疗,可较快减轻静脉穿刺所致手背桡神经损伤的症状,缩短疗程。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining Chinese medicine soaking and multifocal frequency spectrum instrument to cure radial nerve injury caused by palm-dorsal venipuncture.Methods 20 cases of radial nerve injury caused by palm-dorsal venipuncture were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,10 cases in each group.The control group was cured with Chinese medicine soaking,the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine soaking and multifocal frequency spectrum instrument.Results The symptoms of the treatment group remitted more quickly than that of the control group,and the treatment duration of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion Combine the hot cane combination therapy and multifocal frequency spectrum instrument could quickly remit the symptoms of radial nerve injury caused by palm-dorsal venipuncture,and could shorten the treatment duration.
