厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压43例临床研究

目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择86例原发性高血压患者,每日口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片(含厄贝沙坦150mg氢氯噻嗪12.5mg),疗程4周,比较治疗前后患者血压变化情况,并观察总体疗效与不良反应情况。结果治疗组43例患者经厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗后,显效占53.49%,有效占34.88%,无效占11.63%,总有效率为88.37%。43例患者的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前。结论厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压相对安全、有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect and security of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treatment essential hypertension.Methods To select 86 cases of essential hypertension and give one Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablet of everyday（Irbesartan 150mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg）,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.Then analyze the variety of blood pressure after treatment.And observe the total effect and drug adverse reaction.Results In total of 43 cases after treatment,marked effective rate is 53.49% and effective rate is 34.88%,total effective rate is 88.37%.The SBP and DBP are all marked improvement.Conclusion It is security and effective for Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide to control essential hypertension.
