建设马克思主义学习型政党是党的十七届四中全会提出的重大战略任务,是各级企业建设强企的重要保证。建设学习型党组织,就要在认清不足和薄弱环节的基础上有效抓好学习,夯实发展动力;探索多种载体,建构学习平台;完善学习机制,建立考核制度;保障充足经费,确保活动开展。

Building a learning Marxist party is a major strategic task presented on the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CCP Congress, is an important guarantee to build strong enterprises at all levels. To build a learning party, we should effectively grasp the learning on the basis of recognizing the deficiencies and weaknesses, reinforce the momentum; explore a variety of carriers, build learning platform; improve learning mechanism, establish the assessment system; and guarantee adequate funding to ensure that activities are carried out.
