摘要
本研究采用原位杂交组织化学技术,探测高度表达人生长激素抑制素(简称:生长抑素)受体的5种亚型(hSSTR1~5)的54例肿瘤标本,包括54例肿瘤SSTR亚型的表达模式及其中24例肺癌的表达密度。结果表明,SSTR1~5在癌组织中皆有不同程度的表达,在正常组织中未见有达到阳性阈值的细胞;SSTR1~5在不同的癌组织中的表达也不同。基于此,临床可望针对性地选用高特异性的SSA作为放射性核素载体,用于肿瘤的显像诊断及靶向治疗。
In situs hybridization histochemical technique is applied to detect the expression of five subtype of human somatostatin receptor Mrna (hSSTR1~5), including the expression model of 54 cases of various tumor specimen and the expression density of 24 lung cancer cases. The results indicate that hSSTR1~5 is expressed in tumor in varying degrees, and is not found in normal tissues, hSSTR1~5 is expressed differently in varying tumor tissues. So it is potential to select the specific somatostatin analogue as the carrier of radionuclide for diagnosis tumor with imaging and tumor therapy directly.
