摘要
CANDU9 是电功率为900 M W 级的重水堆核电厂, 其设计基于达灵顿和布鲁斯B 多机组核电厂, 并融入了一些最新的工程设计和研究成果, 除了继续采用成熟的系统和部件外, 在安全性、运行可靠性和可维护性方面作了重要改进。CANDU9 综合考虑了安全审评和执照申请过程中发现的问题, 并使其体现在安全设计理念中, 特别是对慢化剂系统、端屏蔽冷却系统、安全壳系统和应急堆芯冷却系统进行了改进。因大多采用非能动设计, 对严重事故的防范更为有效。AECL 非常注重运行中的电厂和在建工程的经验反馈, 许多设计改进是通过系统评价运行电站中相关系统的安全性、可靠性和可维护性后作出的。CADNU9 的主控制室作了大的改进, 无论在人因工程、系统可靠性还是故障诊断能力方面均有很大的提高。
CANDU 9 is a 900MW class PHWR poser plant.Its design is based on multi unit power plants at Darlington and Bruce B,incorporating the latest engineering design and research achievements.In addition to the proven systems and components,major improvements have been made to safety,operational reliability and maintainability.CANDU 9 is designed with comprehensive consideration of the lessons learned during safety review and licensing,which are converted into safety design concepts,improvements,especially for moderator system,end shielding cooling,containment system and emergency core cooling.Passive design is mostly used so that severe accident prevention becomes more effective. AECL gives close attention to experience feedback from operating power plants as well as those being built.A number of design modifications were made after systematic evaluation of safety,reliability and maintainability of the related systems in the operating power plants.Several modifications are made to the CANDU 9 main control room,such as human factor engineering,system reliability and failure detection capability have been upgraded significantly.
