高速公路隧道施工塌方事故对工程投资的影响分析

The Impact of Project Investment Analysis on Highway Tunnel Construction Landslides Accident

以某高速公路分离式隧道施工中频繁发生的塌方事故为案例,就塌方治理费用的构成以及其对工程投资的影响情况进行了分析,分析表明:塌方治理费用主要由加固围岩为目的的注浆以及支护、衬砌加强引起的综合单价调整等构成;拱架加强和超前支护注浆等是引起综合单价大幅度提高的主要因素;塌方事故对工程造价影响很大,以本工程为例,塌方治理费用可达到隧道总预算的20%左右.因此,应加强隧道施工现场技术管理,防止塌方事故发生,节约投资;同时,对于已经出现的塌方事故,在治理中,应加强关键环节的技术论证和现场监督检查.

Based on frequent occurrence of landslides in a highway tunnel construction, the paper analyzed the situation of the costs constitute of the landslides governance and the impact of the project investment. The results showed that： technical management of the construction site should be strengthened to prevent accident. On the other side, there should strengthen key aspects of technical feasibility studies and onsite supervision and inspection during the management of existing accidents.
