ESWL经导管溶石治疗复杂性上尿路结石

Lithiasisolysis and ESWL in the treatment of complex upper urinary lithiasis

目的 观察中药溶石 +ESWL治疗复杂尿路结石的临床疗效。方法 对 2 6例复杂性结石 ,采用经导管注入中药溶石剂芦芹液 2 0～ 5 0ml于结石部位 ,每日 2次。在行ESWL治疗前 30min追加 1次 ,同时行ESWL。结果 1 6例复杂性肾结石病人 ,1 4例完全粉碎并排出 ;2例放弃ESWL治疗改为手术治疗。 1 0例输尿管结石全部粉碎并排出。结论 中药溶石辅以ESWL可提高碎石成功率 ,降低并发症。

Objective To study the lithiasisolysis using traditional Chinese medicine (called as Luqin solution) and ESWL in treatment of complex urinay lithiasis. Method Luqin soltion(20～50ml,Bid) was injected into the site of stone in 26 cases of complex urinary lithiasis by ureteral catheter, ESWL was carried through at the same time. Result Among 16 cases with complex nephrolith 14 cases were cured. and the two cases gave up their treatment, 10 cases of complex ureterolithiases were cured. The lithiasis was shattered easily and was expelled. Conclusion It can improve curative rate of complex urinary by lithiasisolysis using Luqin solution and combined to ESWL. Luqin solution is provided with less side effect, safe and innocuity in treatment of urinary lithiasis.
