私营企业发展与就业的关系——基于时间序列的视角

On the Relationship between Development of Private Enterprises and Employment——from a perspective based on time sequence

运用时间序列经济计量技术对1993—2007年广东私营企业固定资本投资和私营企业数量增长对私营企业吸纳就业之间的关系进行实证研究,发现:私营企业固定资本投资与私营企业吸纳就业之间存在双向的Granger因果关系和长期的协整关系,它们之间存在显著的促进效应。为了促进就业,应大力发展私营企业,使其形成规模经济。

This paper conducts empirical studies on the relationship of the fixed capital investment and the increase of the numbers of private enterprises in Guangdong from 1993-2007 with the employment they took in by employing time sequence ecometric techniques.It is found that there exists a two-way Granger cause-effect and long-term integrative relationship,and there is a significant promotional effect between them.It benefits employment to make efforts in developing private enterprises into scale economy.
