摘要
本文对多胚亚麻种质资源的引进、保存、遗传、诱导及多胚苗的形态学、细胞学、分子生物学和种质创新利用等进行了深入的研究与探讨。选出株高、纤维含量及多胚率等表现不同的株系19个,创制多胚种质115份,本研究对亚麻种质多胚性保持、提高及利用具有一定意义,同时,还对多胚亚麻育种存在问题提出了建议。
This paper described a research about which the introduction,preservation,genetic traits,induction of the polyembryonic germplasm resources of flax,the morphology,cytology and molecular biology of the polyembryonic seedlings,and the innovation utilization of the germplasm were studied deeply.19 strains with different plant height,fiber content and polyembryonic rate were selected,115 polyembryonic germplasm resources were created.This study had a certain significance for sustaining,enhancing and utilizing the polyembryonic trait of flax.And meanwhile,some suggestions were put forward to deal with the problems existing in breeding the polyembryonic flax.
