摘要
知识产权的创造、运用、保护和管理是中国国家知识产权战略的重点内容之一。文章从专利管理和中美专利制度基本差异的研究概述出发,对美国专利制度的运用和实务界对于专利管理的实践的研究进行了梳理,从而得出对中国专利管理实践有益的借鉴。
