摘要
目的探讨注射用更昔洛韦与甲硝唑氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用更昔洛韦与甲硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍后,在常温20℃下,5.0h内不同时间的含量,观察溶液的色泽及测定PH值。结果在5.0h内,注射用更昔洛韦与甲硝唑氯化钠注射液的配伍液外观、PH值、紫外光谱及含量无明显变化。结论注射用更昔洛韦与甲硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍在5.0h内可以使用。
Objective To study the compatible stability of ganciclovir for injection with metronidazole and sodium chloride injection. Methods Content, color, and PH value of the mixed solution at different time within 5.0h after mixing under room temperature 20℃ were monitored by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results No marked changes were noted for the mixture within 5.0h after mixing in terms of the appearance, PH value, ultraviolet absorption spectra and content. Conclusion The ganciclovir for injection and metronidazole and sodium chloride injection can be compatibly used, and they were stable within 5.0h.
